The Burin Peninsula Waste Management Corporation is inviting proposals from qualified firms, or groups of firms, to provide professional services in analyzing the landfill capacity of the municipal waste disposal sites spanning between Marystown and Monkstown on the Burin Peninsula. Tasks involved will include, but are not limited to: designing of landfill cells for one to two sites; estimation of capital and operational costs for the sites; and development of a human resources plan.
